And very disappointed in insurance part. They are cons IMO.

Don't have much experience with this stuff, but somebody with more knowledge will surely help you out.
Maybe look for an other insurance company after all this is sorted ?0 -

This has never been my experience. I had an accident in 2010 which was entirely my fault. My Discovery, a post office van and a 7.5 ton truck were all written off. Thankfully there were no personal injuries. My insurance paid for the lot and at renewal my premium went up by £1.50.0 -
Indeed,surely the idea of insurance should be that you are not placed in a state of detriment and that you should be returned to a similar situation as existed before any accident.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry).
