Banks fraud department interrogation.

Last time I either forgot my internet banking details or got locked out, a phone call to the internet banking team asked some probing questions about my account activity in order to sus me out.
What are forumites experiences recently with specific banks and what do they ask you when the fraud department locks you out?
Standard questions aside (what are your direct debits, how much was your last payment to Big and Bouncy etc).

What they ask me is between me and my bank and not you or an internet forum!!!
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

Is the OP a researcher or something ? Nearly all his threads he starts are:

What are forumites experiences of something or other.

Yet he never posts on the thread again and just starts a new thread asking about a new topic.

Barclays' questionnaire was designed by some brainless idiot.

E.g. "last transaction" even if this transaction was months ago.

Or "street next to yours" - without a map I forgot about existence of a 50-meters "avenue" between my "close" and the next big "road" - and this cost me a trip to a branch.

I was in the Philippines a few months ago. I attempted log in to my N&P bank account three times, mistyped the security details and was locked out.

Not quite the end of the world, however N&P is my main bank account for withdrawing money when I'm abroad, so I like to keep an eye on it.

I took a punt and emailed them, explaining the problem and asking them to call me back on my Philippines mobile phone number.

They called me, however I was unable to remember my telephone banking password. They asked me to confirm my address, a few details from my bank card and details about previous transactions, then unlocked my account.

I was relieved and pleased N&P resolved my problem.

On a side note, all in all, I've been extremely pleased with N&P.
