Hi, we are attending an event at which we can raise funds. We have decided to hold a competition where people guess how many candies are in a jar, and they win a computer. I have read lots of sites about rules around competitions, and I think we are OK with this, that we dont need any licence etc., am I right?
    To those who are given much, much is expected
