Thanks for previous advice regarding my situation.I have a default on my credit file which should have been rmoved on 25th feb As it was included in bankruptcy and its gone from my credit file now. They said they are going to remove it if i send a copy of discharge letter which i have done now they say it will be next month now before its removed. Im i right in thinking it should be removed immediately from my credit file?
