Kier and Riverside

I am a resident of Riverside Housing Assoc. I thought I'd write to warn people of my atrocious experience with contractors Kier. On the 27 Feb, 2 weeks ago, renovation was started on my tiny bathroom, it is still only half complete. On three of those days (not including weekends) I waited in all day for no-one to turn up, when workers do show up it is frequently late in the day and only for a few hours then they leave with absolutely no indication of what to expect next. I have taken two weeks off so far and potentially more which I cannot afford. All of the new plumbing installations leak. It took 4 days between reporting the leak and someone coming to fix it, so far the sink and toilet have not been repaired. Communication with this company is very poor...one of the managers I phoned 3 times on 3 different days and he still hasn't replied. The other manager completely fobs me off on the phone telling me someone will come round and no-one does. The whole situation is infuriating. Since it is unlikely that private households will use Kier it is very important for any one responsible for hiring contractors to think seriously about not using Kier.:mad:
