PCN received through post from Flashpark

Hi Experts,

I have received a PCN from Flashpark for parking on a private land i.e. in a residential premisis of block of flats located in England.

I am the registed keeper of the car and I reside in the same block of flats. As far as as remember the driver parked the car in the allocated bay for my appartment, but the picture on PCN shown as it was parked on the adjecent bay allocted for my neighbour.

As far as I am aware there are no entry and exit cemaras installed on the premises to state how long the vehical was parked in the incorrect bay. to be honest I would have parked on wrong bay only when someone else had parked on the bay allocated for me during that time.

I hope you experts can help me on challanging this ticket.

This is a mickey mouse self ticketing company. Some drongo with no life or friends has taken a picture of your car with his phone, written a ticket that was given to him to fill out in return for 30 pieces of silver or possibly a tenner!!!
Wait for the Notice to Keeper to arrive. Do nothing till then except read the Newbies thread where all will be revealled as to how you will win this at POPLA
