I'm writing this in the hopes that someone else will see it when they Google the company name. Don't ever buy from here! https://www.luggagesuperstore.co.uk

I ordered a suitcase and they have simply failed to deliver. It never turned up when it was supposed to and it's now well over the time it was supposed to arrive.

I've had to submit a dispute through Barclaycard to try and get my money back. The company flat out ignore me. When I call them, as soon as I try to complain they hang up on me!

I think they are one of those companies that actually has nothing in stock and purchases only to sell. Which is fine if they tell you, but when they're offering next day delivery on items they simply don't have it's really frustrating.
