Just a quick one to share a small success, On Friday I emailed Lowell portfolio and asked straight if they would remove a default charge with still a year to go, I explained a couple of personal circumstances and I did a partial settlement last year.
Anyway I though they were going to possibly come back with an offer or something but no got an email back saying they have looked into and on this occasion have decided they shall remove the default from my file.
So now on April 6th I will be clear of all defaults
