Experian £2 credit report log in issues!

Hi everyone.

I have done a search and cannot find a specific topic on this.

I paid £2 for my credit report, got the passkey today.

No link to go to - it says to check original e-mail for link. Checked original e-mail and the link is the link for the "order your £2 credit file" or the Creditexpert signup bit. No sign of anywhere to put in my postcode or pass key.

I have searched and searched, but nothing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hello MC,

I recently ordered my statutory report from Experian also.

I received an email after a day or two from "pinletter@uk.experian.com" providing me with the link. 3 days later the pin arrived through the post.

Try searching your email inbox for the pinletter@uk.experian.com - If its not there give them a call or mail consumer.helpservice@uk.experian.com and im sure they'll send you another.
