Thank you Martin! I followed all your advice and used your templates to reclaim bank charges from Barclays.......£4,100 returned without fuss! Thank you SO much. I urge others to follow suit.

You havent given much info to help others follow suit.
Was this packaged bank accounts or a financial hardship refund or are you the third person since 2009 to be refunded for other reasons?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
