SIRA / Experian DA

Has anyone any knowledge of Synectics Solutions and specifically National SIRA? I'm aware it's to do with screening application data for inconsistencies. Does anyone know how long information remains with Synectics Solutions/SIRA?

Also, to subject access request Experian Decision Analytics is the fee £2 or £10 as I know it is £2 for a credit reference agency but Experian is a CRA while Experian DA is a fraud prevention agency so I assume it would be £2 for Experian (who would provide a credit report) and £10 for Experian DA - sound about right?

It will be £10. Scandalous. You might consider a SAR to Experian as well, and that's not the £2 statutory report. £10 to find out what they REALLY have on you, as opposed to just part of it in the statutory credit report.

I know lots about SIRA, I can't go in to specifics for obvious reasons but as far as I know information stays on the system for many years.

    :rotfl:Run by MI6 is it?

Assume data is held indefinitely. The database and the company that operates it are to all intents and purposes unregulated. However, if you cough up your hard earned £10 they are obliged to provide you with copies of all information held about you.
