Not sure why it would be so low. Not been late on any payments. On the electoral roll and have been at the same address for 2 years.
All accounts have the same address.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Do you have at least a couple direct debits set up?
Are you connected to someone else financially?
Do you have any credit cards which you use regularly?Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.
Obesity is hard. Being fit is hard. Choose your hard.
Being in debt is hard. Being financially disciplined is hard. Choose your hard.
Communication is hard. Not communicating is hard. Choose your hard.

Hi, Yes connected to my partner, she has no late payments either. We have a joint account and soon to have a mortgage. Yes I have one credit card that I use regularly.0 -
Probably something to do with the upcoming mortgage if you have just been approved for it?
As others have said don't worry about this imaginary number. Your history is all good, thats what lenders look at at.£1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000
LBM 28/1/15 total debt - [STRIKE]£23,410[/STRIKE] 24/3/16 total debt - £7,298

Its not just about late payments - does she have a good, well maintained credit history? If not then it will affect you. Not having a credit history (say because you never applied for credit or you are new in the country) is more or less the same as having a bad credit history.
If all you have is one credit card and no direct debits for various utilities etc and connected to another person whose credit is not well established then basically you don't have a well established history for keeping credit agreements - 2 sounds about right.
I would set up direct debits for any utility bills etc. Try to get one or two more credit cards and use them regularly.
If your mortgage is already approved then don't worry about the score - as you pay mortgage it will improve.Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard.

I have 3 credit cards in total. Only really use one. She has a credit card which she pays off in full. We have direct debits for all utilities too.0
