Ground Rent & Property debt collection

I am a few months behind on my ground rent due to being involved in an IVA, I got a letter in May saying a owed £100 ground rent as agreed for 1 year. I called them and explained that I was in the process of an IVA and I would forward the money on as soon as possible (at the end of Aug). The company was more than helpfull and said they would hold any charges.
This morning we have recieved a letter from a Property debt company asking for the sum of £358.51 and its has to be paid within 7 days or we will be taken to court.
I realise that I have to pay the £100 asap but where has the extra's come from? We never had a reminder or warned that fee's would be added.
The company is called property debt collection limited I cannot find any trace of them and they do not answer the phones.
Any advise will be great, Thanks!
