The prize draw is not open to employees of Stoke Park or Peter Hahn, their families, agencies or affiliate companies. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase of any kind is necessary.
3. The first three names selected at random from entries with the correct answer will each be awarded £400 to spend via the Peter Hahn catalogue. The selection will take place on Wednesday 29th April.
4. Entry is via the Peter Hahn web page, and the following information must be supplied: Name, age, full address and telephone number including a mobile number. There is a limit of one entry per person.
5. The closing date for entry is Tuesday 28th April 2015, at 23:59.
6. Successful winners will be notified by email or telephone on Tuesday 5th May 2015
7. Each prize will comprise of a value of £400 to spend with Peter Hahn via its catalogue by using a special code. Clothes may be ordered to the value of the prize. Winner will be responsible for any additional spend over the prize amount. If clothes are returned, a credit of up to £400 will be awarded to the winner to spend at another time. All credit must be spent within 12 months of the closing date of the competition. No further refund or credit will be offered after this time.
8. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given in exchange for the whole or any part of the prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize(s) of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
10. The Promoter'™s decision is final in all respects and no correspondence on any matter concerning the prize draw will be entered into with any entrant.
11. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (including non-contractual claims and disputes), shall be governed by the law of England and Wales.
