Longer term hire cars
Can you get reasonable deals?
I need a more robust car for my new job, where i'll be getting a monthly allowance and am considering PCP / Lease / buy, but I don't want to do this in the probation period as the car I would likely go for would be more if I was in the job than out of it, but need something for the first 6 months due to the travel which i'm not happy about doing in my car (it's older and needs replacing).
I haven't made any enquiries just yet but can't think of what else to do in the first few months.

There are car rental companies doing 1 month + hire on cars. Local one to me hires Corsa/Fiesta sized cars for £400+ a month, so a 6 month hire would work out nearly £2500.
Whats wrong with your own car OP?"Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
