Fired Earth tile faff

Hi everyone,
I was looking for some advice - I ordered a lot of expensive tiles from Fired Earth's online store about six weeks ago, a mixture of patterened and plain ones. The patterned ones were fine, but the plain white ones were covered in scratches and dirty marks, so I asked them to replace them. They send another batch which were damaged in the same way. I then told htem I was rejecting the tiles as unfit for purpose under the sale of goods act - this was one month ago. They told me they wouldn't refund me until they had got their courier company to pick up the tiles. The courier company duly missed about three pickup dates that they were meant to come, but finally uplifted the tiles last Monday. I've still had no refund and no reply to any emails asking when I'm going to get my refund. Their phone lines appear to be engged ever time I call. Any suggestions? Is there some kind of ombudsman I can complain to? I thought about the small claims court but it's only £65 they owe me and I'd have to pay a £17 fee to go to the court. Can you add the fee onto the money you are claiming from the company, does anyone know?

How did you pay ?0

If you're thinking "Credit Card, Section 75" that won't wash - the value is too low.
And I don't think Chargeback has an option for SOGA disputes. (Unless certain cards offer S75-type protection for amounts less than £100).0 -
Thanks, yeah I paid by Visa debit card. The total was actually over £300 but most of that cost was for the fancy patterned tiles, and I am keeping them because they weren't damaged. But I don't think you could use the chargeback thing to only reclaim part of a payment, could you?0
