I am just pricing up, I have mocked a idea up I don't need pricing on the windows/doors just the work, Remove chimney, make good the walls and roof, block up window and door insert new lintels, chop out for new door make good pebble-dash ready for painting. the photo kind of explains it.
This is the only job I am having trouble pricing up in the whole house and one other which I might post later.
Thanks

Not cheap?
I'd personally want a structural engineer's report before quoting. That chimney breast may be structurally integral to the house.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
