my parents have had home ins with Liverpool Victoria for past few years and never changed. They have been very happy with the service and find them fairly quick to respond. This year for buildings & contents renewal is £425. However, i have found them decent deals with Direct line and Barclays which come in at aroudn £300-350.

Before we decide anyone have any experience of DL or barclays for home insurance and their level of customer service?
