All entries must be received by midnight on 7th April.

You must live in the UK or Eire to enter the Competition.

Only one entry per person.

You are not allowed to enter the Competition if your parents/guardians or family members are employees of Nickelodeon or Argos, any other company associated with the Competition or their respective associated companies or agents. In these Rules, “family members” includes mother, father, brothers or sisters.

There will be one overall winner who will receive a family ticket (for 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 or under on the date of travel) to Los Angeles, USA and 3 nights' hotel accommodation in a family room in Los Angeles, USA. Whilst in LA the winner and his/her family will receive a guided tour around the Nickelodeon Animation Studio in Burbank, meet the animators and voice talent behind SpongeBob and watch a real episode being recorded and receive DVD of recording.

There are also 50 runners up prizes comprising of a Mega Blok Racer and a SpongeBob Cushion.

This prize must be redeemed during the 2015 School Summer Holidays, and all travel must be completed within that time.

Accommodation is based on a family of 4 sharing a family room.

It is the winner’s responsibility to provide a car/ booster seat wherever appropriate.

For UK packages, return flights are from London airports unless otherwise specified.

Flights are economy class & may be indirect.

Prize excludes travel between winner’s home & departure airport, personal expenses, incidentals, or food and drink throughout the duration of the trip unless otherwise stated.

Specified accommodation, restaurants & tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability.

Any necessary visas, ESTA, vaccinations, passports & any associated costs are the responsibility of the winner & their guests.

Travel insurance will be supplied to each winner & their companion(s) before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions & the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner &/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition &/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner &/or their companion(s) are aged 65 or over.
