Groupon deals.... help

I purchased an item from groupon on the 28th February, they took my money out of my account on the 3rd march and the item was to be delivered in 7 working days from purchase date.
The 7 working days are now past (today) and no item received.
Spoke to Groupon no help at all, useless actually.
Told them I wanted to cancel, told me I couldn't.
Can anyone tell me what my rights are please.
