I've just paid £99 membership for mover protection and bthey have one solicitors near to me I Can use but it's £2700 as opposed to another I've had a quote from, which is £1800. This is a big difference so before I ask the solicitor to proceed, I Want to make sure I'm doing the right thing by taking this insurance out and paying £900 more for their solicitor. Has anyone used them? Apparently we're covered if the buyer or seller backs out of purchase and get our money back for anyone work the solicitor has done for us.

So effectively you're paying £1,000 for an insurance you'll most probably never use, and if you do will only cover a maximum of £2,590 ??
I wouldn't just walk away, I'd run0 -

It's a new one to me....0 -
