Credit file mortgage help

Hi I am posting on behalf of my sister, She has had a mortgage since June 2002 and never missed, paid late or had any arrears. She was looking to re-mortgage to get some repairs done but has been rejected. When she has checked on Equifax and Call Credit her mortgage was not showing up, she contacted the mortgage company who said they only have to report it to one and the report it to Experian. What she is wanting to know is, is there a way to also get it reported on the other credit reference agencies? She has asked her mortgage company who have said they are not willing to, she had approached them first about re-mortgaging but they are no longer lending.
They have sent a letter to her confirming that she has never missed any payments etc.
Thanks for reading

No there is no way to force a particular lender to report to each/any of the credit reference agencies.
Lenders have to pay to be a part of the different credit reference agencies, so some lenders choose to only report to one agency.
Has the new potential lender suggested that them not being able to see it was the reason her application had been declined? it seems unusual for it to be a decline reason when they could easily ask for copy statements (or a letter such as the one she has been given from her existing mortgage co).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
