Play our Pots O' Gold treasure hunt. Visit us on St. Patrick's Day and search for the gold coin we've hidden in the pub. Find it first and you could win £250.

O'Neill's Pot O' Gold treasure hunt, terms and conditions


  1. All O'Neill's pubs will be running the treasure hunt, apart from O'Neill's York and O'Neill's Wardour Street.
  2. To enter the competition, visit your local O'Neill's pub on St Patrick's Day (Tuesday 17 March 2015) and search for the gold coin hidden there.
  3. To win, you need to find the gold coin and hand it to the duty manager.
  4. There is only one gold coin for each of the 35 O'Neill's pubs taking part in the treasure hunt, and there'll be one winner per pub.
  5. Each pub's treasure hunt closes when the coin is found, or at midnight on 17 March 2015, whichever comes first.
  6. Each winner will receive £250 in cash, that day, from the duty manager.
  7. Each winner will be asked to take a photo to be used for social media. O'Neill's will own the copyright in any publicity associated with the treasure hunt.
  8. You must be 18 years old or over to take part in the treasure hunt and/or to win a prize.
  9. You needn't make a purchase to enter the treasure hunt or win a prize, but you must be aged 18 years or over.
  10. These terms are governed by English law.
  11. Each O'Neill's manager reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the original winner breaches these terms and conditions. The manager's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize is available.
  13. No Mitchells and Butlers employee, or friend/family of Mitchells and Butlers employee, may win this competition.
  14. Promoter is Mitchells and Butlers (trading as O'Neill's), 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B3 1JP, who reserves the right to amend the treasure hunt's terms and conditions.
