I've seen this company popping up but I've never heard of them. Just wondered what people thought of them? Is it worth sticking with the big players like RAC, AA and Green Flag?

NO.

Firstly, on the basis that they need to resort to guerrilla marketing tactics !

Secondly, looking at their most recent accounts it doesn't look like they're major players.

Thirdly, you really do need to read and understand their TC's !

You should look up Autoaid who are already an established and VERY respected company in the same field. The majority of UK recovery companies are now happy to attend call outs without pre-payment if Autoaid is proven to apply.

I might check out Autoaid, although right now I'm considering RAC. My problem with RAC is they have a reputation for using Easy Start unnecessarily. Don't want any of that !!!! going near my car.

If you dont want them to use easy start them tell them that when you call them out.
