STILL UTTERLY CONFUSED: - Is it possible to get a Television Channel Service PLUS a Landline Telephone Service PLUS the internet on a Desktop PC as a package for less than £44 a month. ? That is the entire package ( Virgin TV package and Sky TV package are examples of what I mean )
I’ve been trawling through the can-have and cannot-have details on the websites of the suppliers and I just get utterly confused.
Anyone know if there is a complete package for less than £44 a month?
Thank you for your help.

What TV channels do you want? That is the price difference?
Virgin Big Easy - 60 tv channels, landline, 50mb internet - £38.99 (after 12 month offer ends)
Sky original - £21.50 for tv, £16.40 for line rental, £7.50 broadband (£45.40 after 12 month offers end)
or if you dont need pay tv, then:
Freeview (free), BT Landline (~16.99), broadband (~10)0 -
BT TV Internet and Phone .

2 threads and neither of them tell us what TV channels you want...Freeview gives me around 170 channels at no cost at all. If you want subscription channels then that alone will cost around £21.50 per month, which leaves you £22.50pm for line rental, calls (again, you don't tell us what calls package you require-Anytime, Evening and Weekend?), and broadband. With line rental at a fairly standard £16-ish, you are left with only £6.50 for calls and broadband.
So as long as you go with subscription free TV (Freeview, Freesat, or Freesat from Sky) then it's easily within your budget. No free lunch, and no free laptop
