k800i - Can't send Video 3gp via Bluetooth?

Hi guys
I have a SE k800i and was trying to send some images and video I've taken to my laptop.
Images come through fine and connects easily BUT when I try and send video (3gp) files it tries to connect as normal but then comes up with the following:-
Item not accepted by other device - Retry?
I've tried enabling/disabling password/pin and the same thing happens.
Can someone offer any advice please?

Can you not try connecting it with a DKU60 and then just drag and drop it?0

try restarting the phone. this has happened to me a few times and a reboot solved it for my k750i0
