    Hi Guys

OK first off the replacement recon turbo was only a £100 because they gave me a good will gesture for the fact the first one was blown again after just a week. I argued and they folded so it only cost a £100.
I appreciate recon is not always the best way to go but when you are faced with an extra £500 to buy an original one, I had to do what I could afford. The recons come with 2 year warranty.

I will start another thread re the latest turbo as that's more of a technical discussion than this one which is down to money etc :-)

Recon is fine. Nobody's suggesting otherwise.
