Ford Focus Lock Not Working

Does anybody have any idea how much it would cost to replace the driver's door lock on my '52 Ford Focus? Is this even possible without changing all the other locks?

The key fob remote hasn't worked since i bought the car (the dealer made it sound as though it's not just the case of a new battery), so i have always opened it with the key. However, this no longer works with the driver's door. The passenger door lock is fine. I am wondering if going down the route of buying a new key will be cheaper than replacing the lock.

Fit a new battery to the fob and program the fob to the car.

turn the ignition on and off 4 times in less than 6 seconds ending with the ignition in the off position. a tone sounds.

press a button on the fob and another tone sounds.

turn the igntion on and off to exit the program mode.
