Debt agencies, contact the Landlords address, for a Tenant debt? (via Land registry)

If a tenant has is staying at a rented property Property 1, and they have a debt, at this address and they have been receiving letters from the debts' Debt management company for many months,
and not replied to the debt management company in any form.
and the Landlord of the tenant who lives at Property 2 (completely independent of the debt and tenant)
then eventually (after a 6-12 months, or more) or No communication of the tenant and the Debt management company,
could the Debt management company write a letter to the address of the landlord (in Property 2), getting from the Land registry, to who owns the property?,,
Just to chase up the debt,
I know the debt M C should have been replied to, with a letter and phone call, so don't lets not discuss that part.
Just asking about, could they chase up the debt and contact the Landlords address with a letter, asking about the where about of the tenant ?
With this type of letter:
"There is a debt recurring at this address (Property 1), we are writing to your address at property 2, to find the where about of this client, and sort out a payment plan, etc etc?
would they go that far? or it would breach the data protection act ?
and not replied to the debt management company in any form.

Debt collectors use many tactics to trace people that owe money, Not unknown for them to accidently send stuff to neighbours by mistake. In the hope they grass you up.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Anyone can do a Land registry search for a fee. Also anyone can ask what they think is a reliable source where someone is. The DMC might assume that the lack of response means the "client" has moved on and are therefore using means to find the person.
I think it is doubtful they are breaching data protection. To be honest.
I think the main problem for you is embarrassment factor if you are the tenant. Also concerns over whether you can rely on tenant to pay if you are the Landlord.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0 -

I think you mean "accidentally"
