Ccj reporting to agencies

Hi can anyone help me? Just signed up to noddle. I know I have two ccj's against me one in 2009 and one in 2010. Only the early one is showing no trace of the later one. Am I just lucky or will have to check the others. Both paid off in full too. Old one showing as active despite full payment. Drops off this month after six years though.

Hi
A CCJ should really be showing on all 3 of the main UK credit reference agency files.
You can search the Registry of Judgements, Orders and Fines here:

That shouldn't really happen as the CRA's pull CCJ information rather than have it pushed to them like defaults, payments and ARPs where it's up to the organisation who they push it to.
It's odd that they've failed in this case and the OPs.0 -
Lenders will search the Trust Registry by default. As per the National Debtline link.0

Thanks for all your help. In the process of cleaning up credit file after six years in purgatory lol. Will check the usual call credit equifax and experian via statutory report. Thought was strange ccj wasn't showing both from hsbc too. Expect show on experian equifax. Just shows you can't trust cra info lol.0
