Hi
Applied for a smile bank account and they are asking for me to send payslips of income,
yet they have not asked for ID documentation e.g. identity cards, passport or address documentation.
I wanted to know is this normal just requesting 3 months of payslips, yet no formal ID documentation??
Kind Regards

I don't see why it's not normal.
Firstly, ID, unlike the income, can be verified via various sources.
Secondly, a payslip in an extra confirmation of your ID as well as of the income.0
