To round off your trip, you’ll also receive a whisky and chocolate tour at nearby Deanston Distillery. The tour perfectly pairs the Deanston drams with beautiful chocolate produced by Highland Chocolatier, Iain Burnett.

4.1 One winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:

• Chocolate and Whiskey Tour at Deanston Distillery. 4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 31/03/2016

4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.

4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
4.6 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements (i.e. passports driving licences) relating to the acceptance and use of the prize package(s). The Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
4.7 If the winner is unable to use the prize by the date specified at Condition 4.2 the prize will be forfeited.
