Goldfish CC from 2000 to 2008- Which company do I try and claim from?

Hi All,

Just found some of my husbands old Goldfish credit card statements and realised that goldfish payment protection are on all the statements.

My husband recalls being told that since he was employed, he had to have this form of insurance included in case he lost his job.

However, I don't have a clue who to address my complaint to!

He had the card from about 2000 to 2008 and the goldfish brand seem to jump from company to company!

Has anyone else been in a similar situation and can tell me who to write to?

Thanks

If you were making a complaint, he would have to have proof that this was said to him.

Its unlikely that any paperwork exists anyway from 15 years ago. ie credit agreement.

Did he apply over the phone, in the shop, by leaflet. ??
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Mine from 1988 was still extant, albeit that was with the YB. But, it just goes to show these agreements still exist with a bit of digging.
