Private Company "PARKING CHARGE NOTICE" - on a company (leased) car

Hi, I have appealed against parking tickets (and won) in the past, but this is a new one for me.
I parked in a UK Car Park Management car park (not that I could tell that this was a private car park) on Sunday for approx. 15 mins. And when I returned, there was a ticket on my windscreen!
I looked around after getting the ticket, and there were a couple of signs on a wall, but nothing at the entrance.
My car is a company car which they lease through a major company, and I have seen on a few forums that I shouldn't just ignore this, and I need to appeal it.
Can someone clarify what I need to do?
I don't have the option to post the ticket on here, but the jist of it is:
Contravention 1: NO PERMIT
The vehicle was parked on private property in contravention of the site parking restrictions as displayed on the signage or permit.
A PARKING CHARGE OF £100.00 IS DUE WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF ISSUE
The reduced amount of £60.00 will be accepted if payment is received within 14 days of the date of issue. Failure to provide payment of the full amount within 28 days will result in the charge increasing.
Photographic evidence can be viewed prior to the internet payment by visiting the web address below.

As this is a company car then it is wise to appeal the windscreen ticket, but still as The Keeper. (Once they have an appeal against a windscreen ticket then they have no reasonable cause to seek registered keeper data via DVLA).0

Indeed - write immediately and tell the DVLA that you have done so, that way you should be able to stop release of registered keeper data.
Do not admit to driving only that you were the Keeper at the time.
Should stop any admin charges from the Lease Co.0 -
Read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES and appeal as advised by DoaM using the template appeal letter in the aforementioned sticky.
To post pics or scans, upload to a web hosting site such as tinypic or photobucket then post the link here but change http to hxxp. Someone here will change it for you so everyone can view it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

There is no real need to contact the DVLA, but it would be a good idea to tell the lease company that an appeal has been made direct to the PPC and instruct the lease company that they do not need to get involved as per the BVRLA guidelines (assuming the lease company are members of the lease/hire trade association.)I married my cousin. Agreed - though I like to take the opportunity to tell the DVLA not to release data!! Just to see what happens!0

Agreed, but I was thinking along the lines of a complaint after the event rather than a warning beforehand.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I have received a response from CPM, basically disregarding my appeal letter, saying it is out of date.
