Pine Furniture

Hopefully right place.
What's the best way to clean pine furniture? I've googled and seen alot of suggestions, everything from basic water based products to mixing vinegar with olive oil or wire wool sanding and wax. I was unsure if cleaning or preping was the best approach.
We recently invested in the puerto rico bedroom furniture range in a dark tone (on argos), it has a slight rough texture, really nice. At first I was unsure if it needed a treatment due to the texture but I worked out that's how it should be and personally how we'd like to keep it.
So, best method of cleaning? Any suggestions, home or other appreciated. I know pine is very prone to warping, as I've seen already after dissaembling and putting the 2 door wardrobe back together (without any issues). So I'm unsure if whatever treatment is used needs to take that into consideration.
Many thanks

Still open to suggestions but after further googling and summing up results I tried a quarter cup of white vinegar mixed with quarter cup of olive oil. Really impressed, brought out alot of dirt and left the furniture looking brand new with a lovely shine. Took 20 minutes for it to seep in and dry on the surface, didn't leave it feeling sticky or oily and the smell wasn't really noticeable (vinegar).
Quite happy with this remedy but feel free to suggest others
