There is one (1) prize (the “Prize”) consisting of:

(a) Cash
A cheque for £35,000 (thirty five thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

(b) John Lewis giftcard

Two giftcards to spend in participating John Lewis and Waitrose stores in the UK with a total value of £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (the ‘giftcard’). The value of any monetary balance of the giftcard may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative prize. There is no expiry date but the Promoter recommends that the winner redeems the vouchers within a year of receipt unless otherwise stated by the issuer of the vouchers. The gift card will only remain valid for 24 months after the last transaction on the card and any balance remaining will not be refunded. The following exclusions apply to use of the giftcard:

· John Lewis Gift List, John Lewis restaurants and cafes, waitrosedirect.com, waitrosecellar.com, all petrol stations.

· Welcome Break Waitrose shops; Waitrose Cookery School; Leckford Farm Shop and Nursery; waitrosegarden.com; Waitrose licensed shops in UAE.

· Magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on johnlewis.com

· You cannot use the giftcard to discharge indebtedness on any account or credit card issued by John Lewis PLC, Waitrose Ltd, or John Lewis Financial Services Ltd, or use them for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis gift vouchers.
