It wasn't flowerbomb was it? That smells really fruity to me.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

It could be literally anything!
I think you need to give up on finding it because even if you did unwittingly spritz it on yourself in a shop it wouldn't smell the same, because perfumes react differently with everyone's skin.
It might not even have been perfume - it could have been a scented body lotion or the fabric softener on her clothes.0 -

Thanks all - I'm going to go and sniff out all the suggestions and will report back

From your post I can instantly recognise "Pomme de Frottage". Last time I came across it was in John Lewis exclusively.
Sorry if this is out of your price range.
I'm hoping this is a bizarre joke, or a massive spelling mistake, because if true, that's a horrible, HORRIBLE name!
Google "frottage" if you're curious! _pale_0 -

He's trolling
Frottage is a rude word.
ETA I dread to think the responses this'll get on Twitter :rotfl:0 -

Okay had a thought last night when in a store with a friend. She stopped at the Clinique counter and there was Calyx which used to be Prescriptives but now with Clinique.
Its suppose to smell like a fruit salad, I don't do fruity but others who do love it.0
