Just in case any of you missed the Tilda rice yesterday, the multis are still off this morning. For those of you who's stores have them at £1.58 each, 2 for £2, there are loads of different flavours (meaning no fillers needed) and they compare very nicely A v W and work out at 32p each after apg. An added bonus is that the earliest use by date on the ones I got is June 2016, so you can get as many as you like and not worry too much about them going out of date.

I'm doing Kayla Itsines bikini body guide. It's tough going but has really made me fitter and stronger these past 9 weeks and the community online is so supportive. All of my clothes are looser and my ab muscles are starting to show. Only weeny ones but I've never had them before. I'm delighted One of the best things I've ever started.

Let me know how you get on with strong curves I'm going to repeat BBG after completing the 12 weeks but always looking for extra exercises to add x
