There may be an issue with the 1ltr bottles of Bacardi in T's as there was a big display of them priced on offer at £15 and mad scramble by staff to remove them.

My eldest just rang in a bit of a state, sadly their goldfish died today - they were such tough things - survived 3 flat moves including the long drive south - they have been together over the last 4 years since the first flat eldest child and BF lived together ...

I am quite upset now as well, thinking of everything (and the fish as well ) they have gone through in the last 4 years
Sorry about the fish but if he hasn`t got rid of it. Try putting in a bucket in a dark place. but bear with me as to why. Grandchildren fish died and their dad did this until he could get rid of it, one thing or another it was a couple of days later he went to do the deed and found it happily swimming in the bucket. It is still going strong now and must be getting on in years.

I know some people may think, it`s only a fish but it is a living thing.
  • Hi everyone :)

I'm sorry to confess that I'm a bit of a lurker but have done a few instore shops at a's.

I took the plunge this morning and did my first c+c for the udi's and applied for my apg straight away, I know the vouchers come through on Tues afternoon so should I get mine today or will it be next week?

I also took the plunge and did my first bni this afternoon and got the £10 pp, would you use this to do another one or is it best to use it against something else?

Thanks for all your help and all the great glitches! :)

See, if you buy the right set of items you can end up with a voucher vs Sains.:

3 items on your bill qualify for comparisonASDALogoWhite.gif Sainsbury's

    +£1.02CheaperSignBlue.gif
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Finely Sliced Topside of Beef (...£1.50N/A
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Raspberry Swiss Roll£0.25N/A
    1 x ASDA Smartprice Chocolate Swiss Roll£0.25N/A
    1 x ASDA Power Scourers (6)£1.98£1.00
    1 x ASDA Broccoli (335g)£0.49£0.45
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Finely Sliced Chargrill Style C...£1.50N/A
1 x ASDA Smartprice Medium Sliced White Bread (800g)£0.40£0.40
1 x ASDA Smartprice Medium Sliced Brown Bread (800g)£0.40N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Wafer Thin Honey Roast Turkey (...£1.38N/A
    Comparison total (compared products only)£2.87£1.85

Even though only three compare, or perhaps because only three compare, S comes out a bit cheaper. To think what they could have bought instead:eek: that loses massively vs Sains.!
I thought 100g Finely Sliced Topside Slices were comparing vs M recently? If they did, then they are not at the moment:

1 x ASDA Chosen by You Finely Sliced Topside of Beef (...£1.50N/A

According, to this, outside of Northern Ireland, the SP Wholemeal bread is slightly best bought on a Morries comp. at the moment:

    1 x ASDA Broccoli (335g)£0.49£0.49
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Finely Sliced Chargrill Style C...£1.50N/A
1 x ASDA Smartprice Medium Sliced White Bread (800g)£0.40£0.44
1 x ASDA Smartprice Medium Sliced Brown Bread (800g)£0.40£0.44:rotfl:

44p - 4.4p is ... slightly less than 40p:rotfl:, and therefore rounds down (depending on whether nothing else bought loses the fraction of a penny vs M). That's because Morries is same price but exactly 10% lower weight than A, so it should be 44.444444...p on weight adjustment (ten percent lower than which is then 40p), but rounds to 44p and then lower is just under 40p:rotfl:!:D (Not that this is very interesting or important - instead a usual concentration on a trivial item of detail again:laugh: - and distracting myself away from some more important picture.)

No comp at all vs Waities:rotfl: - everything bought non-comp. vs there - only three items, all shown, compare vs M but Broccoli and White Bread best vs S and, of all that shop, only the Broccoli and nothing else compares vs T:rotfl:.

Do we know that though? I think there are two types in T, both within A's weight range, and conveniently:( they have the A product linked up to the more expensive one in T! How do we know that that would work on T PP though?
