Unfortunately the lack of refunds happens often to me. I've found the way around this is to chase it up with the store that I collect my C&C with. They push it though.

I had a order without a refund for over 2 weeks, in the end I went to CS in the store and they fixed it. CS over the phone is rubbish.

Realise I will probably be shot down in flames for this :o but can't believe how much greed I've been seeing on this thread.
Numbers like 560 Carex and 50 wine just seems a bit extreme to me  there's always someone that spoils it :(

Like I said, just my opinion so don't expect I'll get much support :o

In my time on this thread I've not seen much greed but I have seen much generosity, kindness and helpfulness, I presume you comment on that too and are not trying to tar everyone with the same brush or cause upset in the thread. What is acceptable to one person is unacceptable to another, you will find that in all aspects of life. Many people donate to food banks and charities and help out family members and friends with these glitches. Can I ask how many carex you have got and how many you think is acceptable please?
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.
I'm just a penny short of a pound. Peace and Love.

Personally I wouldn't call it greed what we do here, I would call it forward planning :rotfl:
How is someone getting a large amount of something spoiling it ? Eg. carex massive amounts bought by all including myself and I have not read of anyone finding none in their store. IMO i sense a tads worth sour grapes.. But this too is my opinion and I too am entitled to it :)

Sorry don't get the joke.....Isn't cs in South Africa? Or somewhere like that...I have no home phone either so it would be a mobile call:p

RSA is South Africa - full name is Republic of South Africa. And yes CS is in South Africa.
