I think they could be telling porkies mhoc. My DD didn't go out for this month either - and I haven't switched at all! I emailed and they said sorry for error and it will come out again from next month. But, yes, month off. :T

    This is interesting.

He said to me on the phone - without me prompting - that I def would not get 2 payments taken out in April and that all they have done is divide it by 11 instead of 12
    - now we have to see what happens in April, have to keep a close eye on it .

I was nearly £300 in credit before the winter started but this vanished over 3 months so I am now £19 in debit - first time in a year we have gone into debit.

I think I might see what the metre readings are at the end of the month and then make a payment over the phone to bring it back to zero again - every bill is cleared at the end of each month - too many years of sleepless nights worrying about lack of money

but for now it does feel like free money :j

So it is OK to call ASDA CS? I know T CS should be avoided like the plague if multi accounting etc.

I would just take the items back instore with our collection note and explain that the multibuy failed cos they subbed stuff. Phoning CC customer line in South Africa is a worse experience than even Tesco !

thankyou....I did have about 20 bottles in a cupboard in the bathroom now down to 10 ...my 7 year old grandson loves bubbles i use diluted washing up liquid... never gave it a thought as to why he always filled his bottle in the bathroom...then caught him yesterday filling his bubble bottle with my handwash lol

I fill the handwash bottles with baby bath or baby shampoo - I had quite a stash when it was cheap in !!!!!!. I am always filling n up the handwash bottles - my thoughts are that if its full they are more likely to use it :D

I still buy the odd new bottle when there is a good cashback offer though

OMG - they have customer service lines in South Africa

I know if I ring Admiral at certain times of the day I can talk to someone in Canada rather than Swansea - its quite fun, long conversations about weather patterns and St Patricks day parades etc :D
(yes I do use a Freephone number :)

My Topman didn't track, had to submit a claim - was paid mid February; I had 12 PAID mid February but still no bonus, only excuses...

    Sorry but you are incorrect.

Mixed pricing in the '2 for 1' at Tosco means the APG will not pick up the offer.

The APG will only pick up these offers if everything in that offer is the same price.

edit to add: now if it was 'any 2 for £3' the apg wouldn't mind the individual prices.

Of course! Thank you for explaining. Oh well.

I've just had a phone call from the national Advice service (she did not elaborate on what nation or advice on what matter :D )

she said my postcode had been specially selected (so that means the other 15 houses, farm and 4 businesses with the same postcode as well have) for a government grant (this will be a first as we have never qualified for a government anything)

she asked if I was the home owner and I said no we squat here - at this point she wished me a good day and the conversation ended :rotfl:
