Blinkin el just noticed the time, Im gonna be late for my class . What would happen if we bought 6 x Hardys grenache rose? They would go through the till - 6 for £25, but according to MSM it's still on the old multi and would be good v T (£4.99). I'm keeping an eye on MSM this morning

  • Yes all back on now.

    Thanks!

I thought as much, always reassuring to hear it from someone else though. Palmolive doesn't seem to be showing still, but someone will need to check that.

Otherwise I'm onto looking for the next big glitch :D

    :T:T

I managed to get the 1p Glayva glasses I hid 3 weeks ago in Tosco. :D

You just have to wait for the right person to be on the tills

    :rotfl:

I admire your perseverance - your store must be huge that you can hide things for three weeks :)

    Any bird spotters around?

For the past couple of weeks as I've gone down the back lane, I've seen a bird in the sky and I'm trying to identify it. I can't photograph it as it's only visible on the bend and I can't stop the car.

It's striking because it appears motionless in the sky for a while before dilly dallying with the wind. You would think it was suspended by a wire as it can be so still. It's above fields but close to a very large oak tree. It's always on it's own and is quite large. It has an unusual silhouette. Like an angel. I'm thinking a bird of prey. Can anyone give me a clue so I can google it?

Red Kites are spreading throughout the country, the first we knew of them being round here was spotting the odd one, now it is common to see one fly over the back garden, and they are getting braver and lower. They are truly beautiful birds, very graceful, just takes a tip of the tail to steer, and they can appear to be motionless at times. The only downside is that we used to have a family of gorgeous little mice in our compost bin, we don't anymore :(

FC, I know you are doing the right thing. I have had a slight whiff of the problems you face, not anywhere near comparable but enough to make me sympathise with anyone dealing with MH problems. This all happened many years ago. My cousin was schizophrenic, he attacked his mother with a knife (this is a simplification of what he did, there was a lot more went on too) and was put into an institution, from which at one time he escaped and managed to find his way to my old house about 150 miles away. He arrived at 2 in the morning and there was quite a hullabaloo, the police were involved and everything. I have never been quite so scared of someone as I was of him, although he did nothing. In the end he took the only cure known for schizophrenia, he jumped off a bridge and killed himself. Unfortunately someone jumped in from the same point to try to rescue him and broke his back :(
