Anyone know if the BNI is still working, did one an hour ago and was working fine but not sure if I should risk another one.0

Big thank you to Anon and Savvy for answering my bank account questions from the last thread
Sorry if it seemed I was posting and running, but my family managed to implode right after posting
I now have my cousin staying with me, in an attempt to give his poor parents a break. Basically, he spent all his savings in a weeks jaunt to the other side of the planet to party with his friends on holiday , throwing in his job in the process, and then came back and got arrested for stealing. His parents think he may be bipolar but he refuses all medical help because he's 'fine'. His mum is very sick and recently lost her father, and she just can't deal with him on top. So I volunteered he could stay in our spare room for a few weeks while he sorts himself out with a job and somewhere to live
I'm trying not to hover over him, but its hard as he seems to have no common sense - last night came in to a very warm kitchen to kind him trying to cook a pizza with the oven door open ??? And I forgot to tell him how to turn the hot water on for the shower, so he decided to have a bath filling it one kettleful of boiled water at a time !!! (I was in the house to ask why the water out the tap wasn't hot...)
Hoping for some good food glitches to keep him fed, and so i have something to take my mind off wondering what he's up to in my house all the time! :eek:0 -
A financial questions for the Elite Accounts pretty please
If you have a current account which pays 3% interest and you have the full £2500 needed that it will pay interest on what will be the interest paid per month?
Mind you I suppose we have to think about tax on the 3% as well ....
3% gross = 2.4% netNO MORE HANDWASH GLITCHES PLEASE:D

Calculate years interest. 2500/100*3 =75
Then 75/365 days * 30 day month = £6.16
- either 20% tax or 4o% tax
= 6.16*0.8 = £4.92
Or 6.16 * £3.70(rounded)
Hope this helps0 -

Howdy neighbour. I was going to give it a try but not for an hour or so0 -
:rotfl: look at all the answers :rotfl:
Different calculations of what a "month" is
My account calculates daily which had to explain to little miss as Feb was shorter xx0 -
I wasn't aware of this world when the cobra beers were glitching. I am very new to this.
There seems to be plenty of us about in Sheff, all the triggers are disappearing quickly. S-in-A is a quiet store, well stocked and is a good one for night time wombles
Morning All,
Aaaah, the snakes, that brings back fond memories, they have been my favourite glitch, £2.70 plus fillers for 24 bottles if I remember correctly.
The problem was finding them as not all my local stores stocked them. I managed to get some from stores further away but I think once word got about the shelves seemed to be empty.
I know I first started to do C&Cs around this time because they were often OOS but would there have been a reason not to order 10 at a time as I’m sure I only ever got a maximum of 4 in each order. I can’t remember how long ago this was but I know I drank my last one when I moved house last summer.0 -
Please can someone work out what sort of multibuy these 90% off yellow stickered L'Oreal makeup items are on. Can't see anything on their website and I got all these from clearance and was even more surprised they cost me even less than I thought.
2x LOREAL SHINE CARESSE ROMY 102 £1.12 † n/a n/a n/a (scanned 80p each)
2x LOREAL LIP GLOSS GLAMSHINES 6HRS 105 HOLD ON ROSE £0.98 † n/a n/a n/a (scanned 70p each)
8x LOREAL LIPSTICK COL RICHE SERUM 302 LIGHT CHOC £4.86 † n/a n/a n/a (scanned 87p each)
1x SUPERLINER GEL GOLDEN BLACK £0.69 † n/a n/a n/a (scanned £1.00)
I got a multibuy discount saying Cosmetics 3 for 2 C/F £3.31
(I didn't buy 8 of the same colour lipstick SA put them through as one.)
Thanks for any insight I think maybe I am just confusing myself.0 -
It's ok I think I have worked it out I got 3 x 87p lipsticks and 1 x shine 70p for free. :T
Odd no mention of a multibuy on Loreal instore or online. These were all in a clearance section upstairs in my local.
With travel minis half price and other makeup/toiletries. Well away from the actual makeup/toiletry section.0
