    Strewth I also missed your news :o congratulations. Not nice having a baby whipped off to special care but more often than not its precautionary and sorts itself quickly. Distressing though :( I hope it's sorted quickly :A

    does anyone knows if theres a simple list(I know, theres always a list:rotfl:) where all the up to date more points are listed?I go with mum every sat to ms (I know:p) id prefer as but its too small:mad:)

    Have you thought about doing an aqua fit class TM? You don't have to put your face in the water and it's not so splashy as actual swimming, but it's still good exercise.
