Evangeline1971 wrote: »OMG what a Palava in A5da  I wasn't going to bother with the cilit bang as I wanted to do an AvT shop however I had more APGs than I'd realised so decided to do AvS with Cilit bang as well. My Cilit bang scanned at £2 each then my onion weighed at 48p on the SS till  I told the SA when he came over that that cannot be right for a brown onion. He agreed and checked the price for a red onion which was 97p then my tomato weighed at 98p  He then started taking off my veg and I said I won't have enough items for an APG so I will get 2 grapes, so I returned with grapes. He had been trying to adjust the scale but just made it worse and it wanted to charge me £1.97 for a single grape :eek::eek: I asked him would he mind if I abandon that shop and he was ok about it. He's always a nice friendly SA so I don't think he minded
I'm so glad that the young trout who's often on the SS tills and likes to keep my receipts wasn't there today, that doesn't bear thinking about
I wonder how many people got caught out because they simply printed the sticker off without looking at the price, and then just put the item in with the rest of their shopping.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Will do!:T I could even get 1 Odour Defence and have 8 different ones in my shop:rotfl: (that's if my store even has Odour Defence, showing OOS signed in for me:(). I might drop a couple of Fantas in there, one Fruit Twist (sure there's other options for the trigger?) and either an Orange or an Icy Lemon. Not free but we are up to buying (just a couple of) soft drinks again. Any reason why T comp of £1 on the Fanta that does appear won't work anyone? I think it's been on offer 'for a while' in T, and due to end there 24/3, but have they gone up to £1.85 and then back to £1 in the last day - just wanting to make sure I don't get caught by system not updated - as anyone seen T at full price in the last day or so? TIA.0 -
