I'm with you there Scamps. These programmes show the worst side of things because that's what gets people watching.
I tend to avoid them :o
Don't get me wrong, the worst side are out there but the whole story is never told.

I'll leave it there because it's an emotive subject that always attracts strong opinions. Don't want to give David. the satisfaction of me being PPR  ;):p

Not like you to keep quiet go on give me the satisfaction :rotfl:

Jaffa Cakes are 50p in Morrisons and there's 25p back with Shopitize but only until tomorrow if anyone's interested and near a Morrisons.

Ah, right, okay:T. They'll go onto a list somewhere - was going to say wait until Wednesday to be sure of update, but see it's only until tomorrow so I'd say wait till later in the day and then taking a risk.

I noticed the controversy about a list earlier. I suspect that's because it was listing the glitches. As for the M list, you know you'll never find any of the glitches on there:rotfl:. Or if they are, they get there belatedly as usual and are hidden within the other stuff.

I reckon the SS for the ill-fated Price Check did end up ruining the scheme. However, with the M list, it's been here for ages and nothing's happened yet - really the Avs M is like msm and the information is already out there and easy to find, on msm, for the other stores - so, if a few people (in relation to all their customers) are doing targetted shops using msm then they are already aware of that and haven't seen any need to change it. I see the M list, in this context, as being a 'better' version of msm and it's usually the main 'good' non-glitch stuff: the few 'glitches' get hidden.

It also sadly puts anyone who are on benefits in a bad light. I've been on benefits for a while due to bad health. I'm in a 3 bed council house and I'm being charged £25 a week for bedroom tax. There's no 1 bed flats for me to to move but loads of 1 bed private places but they wont accept DSS. It Pi***s me off that the benefits will award £600 for me to find a 1 bed private flat (if I can find one) but they wont pay £400 for the house I'm in!!!
    Sorry for the rant. :o

Totally agree with you there Scamps, its a case of computer says no, they need people to decide these things, as it is madness. What does get on my teets is when I see people on a higher income than hard working people I know, sitting on their lazy harrises when they are able to work, but pride/lazyness/whateverstops them. Or they are off on holidays and the like that a lot of people working can not afford. *and breath* :)

You will have to sack me just remembered I came on this morning to say that there were lots of RTC Ice creams in my extra yesterday.

Brands and Ts own. eg 4 pack of Ts own cornetto type things for 50p, New Forest icecream 1l £1.68. Too many to list but worth a look. Quite a few had already sold out at my local as there were some really good bargains. HTHs.

Surely not:rotfl::rotfl:. I'd manage it, you know, I'd get the details of them all!

Except I wouldn't bother with the New Forest 1L as it's still too expensive per l. compared to "Value":rotfl:. Sadly (?!?), I don't do T price collection and T's isn't that near to me.

I have done a 10 day holiday with 5kg allowance, just wear lots of stuff through check in & security, then change in loo and put excess clothes in bag to take on plane :) I left some extra clothes on for plane as I get cold on there. You would be surprised how much you can wear when you need to

When we go on holiday we take our old clothes. At the end of the holiday we bin them. Ensuring any of our new purchases don't take us over our weight allowance. BUT we do look very scruffy on all our holiday photos :eek::rotfl::rotfl:

Also as I buy lots of paper for scrapbooking I post it back in a huge box. As pads of paper are so heavy. If you are prepared to wait 3 months it's quite cheap to ship back, much cheaper than paying an excess.

Great fun to when you have forgotton your holiday you get a nice reminder delivered.

Yeah, what I meant was I bought it yesterday and uploaded it yesterday (as you said, it was on the upload bit), but got the email today to say the milkshake has been rewarded but the yog hasn't  Same with Q too, so annoying. Will start pestering them - to be fair, they do usually sort this out with just one email, but annoyingly I can't even email Q at the moment as their system is pants :(

Ah OK, I see, well if it helps any I uploaded today, bought yesterday, (yog & ms) just checked and q(cs) has confirmed, cos still to do anything. I find q quite good at sorting so hopefully they will when you can get hold of them. The fact mine showed same as yours, only on upload part, and q have confirmed surely shows something just not right their end, pain having to chase it though.
  • Likecthat nice lady shopping for another designer handbag today in news.lives in 5 bedroom house but is waiting for a bigger council house cos shes got loads of kids.dh works so he can get extra benefits credit .she gets an obscene amount of money so she will never get off benefits cos she could never find a job that paid anyway near what she gets in benefits.i suppose she will keep having more kids when the present ones get too old for her to stay home.
