I have vague recollection - but wasn't this something that MPs have criticised for not being available that therefore ought to be provided?

We had problems with our sky signal dropping out randomly but a few calls to sky and they checked everything, told us which channels were best for us and then upped our speed, no problems now

It is, on the way we use it, but I suspect not on how most customers behave(:wall:). Got to love 'em though - they pay for our cheap deals:rotfl:.

But that was not my main point;) - I want to know if the lack of CB within your current supplier has been (very recently) criticised by Parliamentary committee and that it should be provided.
