C&Blackwell multipack soups at 44p as well now apparently (according to the Princes tuna link). Be lucky - the muggles in my stores sold them out at 88p:(.

I walked past the single tins in one of my As today - and thought how dear they were: 79p for one can, almost as much as the price on the RTC 4 packs previously! Therefore, what a rip-off IMO: one can of soup for 79p.

Sometimes I do [pay attention to fine detail], and indeed I often get drawn to finer detail (or "the" finer detail - see what I was drawn to there?:rotfl:) that most 'normal' folks would pass by - I've 'traditionally' often been pedantic and involved myself in semantic hair-splitting but, over the years, also been moulded by society to take the spikes out of my backside (if that's okay) sometimes and to stop being 'hung up' on things and, maybe from the outside, seemingly straight-laced (though I'm actually a really nice guy at heart and full of fun and humour).

I won't claim the need to be specially considered or given greater allowances, since I'm fairly normal and get by as well as most folks seem to although perhaps I say that because, from my POV, I don't see what I'm missing, that other folks have and, because things have always been the way they have been to me, I can't see what extra effort I am perhaps having to make that other people generally don't, because I can't see how much effort or not other people are having to make to function in life.

With me, prioritisation is sometimes a problem (or if not an actual "problem", an issue occasionally) and supposedly (I don't know why I am doubting it as it is almost certainly the case) I have some deficit in executive functioning and weak central coherence in the brain (zzz...:D:rotfl:) that often means - like these glitches at short notice on Wednesdays - I may be able to foresee there might be a glitch but not what the actual glitch will be and which shopping I need to get prepared - I'm often into "panic stations" at short notice, trying to cope with the change, and thrown by trying to sort out a shop quickly and get to A for a glitch before I get back here - pressured by time but, I guess, in a way I thrive on it. But often it does throw me and I'm trying to deal with it - I think other people on here might be able to adapt more easily to such a quick change of plan to do a glitch at short notice.

I have other abilities and it's sometimes easier for me to assimilate information, though sometimes it's slow careful consideration rather than being able to meet quick - there's a glitch on - quick now! Being "forced" to meet the latter does put pressure on that I have to cope with.

As part of that - or at least it's a similar thing - sometimes I am here trying to get things done, sorted and simply don't have time to look into the detail. Believe or it not, I sometimes have to make assumptions and short-cuts to get information rather than be able to pay much attention to the finer detail. So, it's not a question of me 'slacking' and being inattentive - for the detail, to some extent, is always present for me - you don't see things how I do! - but sometimes I am 'getting on with things' and there is no time to think about details such as 'is this signature change going to give rise to any issues?'

I am often focused - focused on a task. And I can continue for hours which most people would not find easy to do. However, in the focus of the task, of compiling a list, my focus was on that and therefore it took me away from considering signature rules. Too focused on the money-saving aspect:laugh:. That's an explanation as to how it works from my POV. It helps, I think, to explain my seeming lack of attention to some things sometimes, as well as society over many years making me less pedantic and my being made to comply with that, rather than...really, what I should do is be more pedantic! HTH.

Well I for one think you do marvellous, even if you are focused probably longer than you should be, but what matters-without you being as focused as you are, and others then picking up on your posts, we probably wouldn't have as many definite comparisons for our money saving antics as we do now. Im sure we all over look the finer detail, but when its pointed out either we ignore or take note.
Ive also marvelled at the amount you post, you must be very quick at typing or have a secretary to do it for you:D me ! I take ages to type, 1 finger at a time, I am getting better!!

    Yeah, probably!:rotfl::rotfl:

I'm a 'finger typer' too - probably mainly two/three fingers - not proper typing or anything, but I do type quite fast. Usually quite accurately as well.

So, no, I'm all independent:D:D:D, no PA! Actually there's a post on another website that I saw yesterday that has something to input (possibly:rotfl:) to this - so, let me see if I can find it...

EDIT: Found, within a minute! (I have a good memory as to where to find things.) Here, if this is okay:

    The positive side of Asperger's.
    Ability to concentrate?
    Have good memory?
Knowledgeable/ to be an expert in chosen area(s)?
    Never bored?
(as long as there are facts, dates, stuff - I still can't see how people can get bored on a highway when stuck in traffic jam. On passengers seat there is endless number of car plates in view icon_smile.gif)
    Perceptiveness?
Not dependent of having a human company? (=independent!):D:D
Clear about one's likes and dislikes?

My added grins. Refering to the highlight, that's one way of putting it!

If that's you (that list of things above), then you're probably Asperger's too*. But I shouldn't worry - as I have it too.

*Except that disclaimer that I can't diagnose - nothing to be seen as being diagnosis, etc., see your GP, etc.

FINAL EDIT(): :doh:How long (short!) as it been since I last mentioned Asperger's? Failed again:(, really really trying not to mention it.:)

Can I ask if anyone can see the frozen Easter egg, pot noodle Easter egg and Star Wars Easter egg from the A 3 for £10 range

I can see there are two different Star Wars ones, frozen, scooby doo, marmite, match of the day, thorntons smile and pot noodle which should all trigger. Can anyone see any of these please?? I reckon if it updates as it should and aslong as A don't suddenly end the 3 for £10 we would get 3 eggs plus fillers for £2.70, anyone want to check my maths?!

Evening luvlies, still decorating the house but took a couple of hours off this afternoon to collect my A shop ;). While I was in A I made a note of all the eggs in the multi. I can add these to the list of possible triggers, apologies if already posted but still catching up :o Roses, Wispa, Tatty Teddy (already reported but not on Emma's list), Thorntons Classics and an Egg with Projector Watch (can't remember the exact name)

Oh, you've drawn me to it again! I actually found the Elite twice - even stumbled across it when it was the big 3 for 2 glitch, but didn't take part in it:doh:!:o:o:(:o Probably happened upon it again shortly before I came here with my very first post about some gift sets glitch. Adidas Ice Dive Trio?:rotfl::rotfl::(:D Been a long time:rotfl:! Is that 100 words - probably more!?:rotfl: It was straight after that very long post that no-one or me thereafter ever saw as the system timed out and I lost it all:rotfl:.

Funny now - and this is okay as it's not an answer to the original question and therefore outside of the 100 limit:D - but unfortunately my memory is not photographic enough to be able to retain the entire exact wording of all the post I originally lost (and indeed I can't remember a single word from what it would have been now) but, all I know is that - and I've lost latest updates to essays on computers before now during my past university life (a longgg time ago!), I used to save setting every twenty minutes or so, but obviously something happened and hadn't saved in the last few seconds so reverted to the version of about 20 minutes before (especially with how much I can type!:D:() and... I can tell you... the version you then produce is never a patch on any of the one you've lost!

Oops, better post this before it times out:cool:. Will never be as good or a patch on it if it does so!
