    I think if you are good to our parents they know who is genuine and they trust them to do the right thing. Your mother obviously trusted your sister and brother in law who are waiting for the sale of the flat before dividing up any money and possessions due to you.

    Its not a matter of trust, in our family these things are always sorted by the men. Mum was old school and thought it was too upsetting for women. So the executors are the only two men left in the family, nothing more.

    Hi yes I posted the letter of intent and the executor sent the police round to threaten me with arrest. Just waiting for a court date now.
