Cost to remove conservatory?

I know this will probably vary according to the actual structure but we are currently house hunting and for some reason nearly every house we like has a conservatory?! I never realised they were so popular!
Anyway as soon as we move we'll most likely be removing a conservatory if there is one there but I was just wondering what the costs are like to have someone remove it and take away the rubbish?

£2000 if you include making good the brick/render where it's been tied into the house, laying a patio, making steps into house, maybe improving weather-sealing of sliding doors0
